Nicky Aston - Manager:

Nicky has many years of experience working with children of varying ages, both in the voluntary and paid sectors. Before joining St Kew as Manager in June 2009, she had been working as a relief manager and also has 3 years experience of working as a deputy manager before that.

Nicky holds an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years and Education, and also holds qualifications in First aid, Early Years, Child Protection, Key Word Signing, Risk Assessment and Health and Safety.

Lisa Barry - Deputy Manager

Lisa has been working at St. Kew Pre-School since 2007, and has previous voluntary experience of working in child care settings.

Lisa holds an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and also holds qualifications in First Aid, Child Protection, Food Safety and Early Years Training.

Hayley Hicks - Pre-School Assistant

Hayley is one of two Pre-School Assistants at St Kew Pre-School. She has previous experience of working as a volunteer in early years settings, and joined us here at St Kew as a volunteer in the summer of 2009.

Hayley holds an NVQ Level 2 in Early Years and currently studying for her NVQ Level 3. She also holds qualifications in First Aid and Health and Safety.

Sally Dredge - Pre-School Assistant

Sally is our other Pre-School Assistant at St Kew Pre-School. She has previous experience of working as a volunteer in early years settings, and joined us here at St Kew as a paid member of staff in 2009

Originally obtaining a degree in Art Deisgn and Photography, Sally is now re-training as an Early Years professional and is currently studying towards an NVQ 2 in Child Care Learning & Development. She has also completed The Early Years Foundation Stage Course.
